Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026
This policy explains cancellation, payment correction and refund arrangements for registrations made through the Isuzu D-Max Nation website. It should be read together with the programme Terms and Conditions.
No physical goods
This website sells programme registration packages and does not sell physical products. References to a “return” therefore mean a request to cancel a registration or obtain a refund of an eligible programme fee.
Registration confirmation
Submitting the form does not by itself confirm a place. A registration is confirmed only after the required payment has been verified and the Organiser has accepted the registration, subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions.
Participant cancellation requests
If you wish to cancel, contact the Organiser as soon as possible and before the programme begins. Requests are reviewed according to the programme terms, the date of the request, services or costs already committed, and applicable law. Sending a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you were charged more than once or paid an incorrect amount, contact us promptly. Once verified against our records and the payment provider’s records, an erroneous or duplicate amount will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
Cancellation by the Organiser
If the Organiser cancels the programme and does not provide a rescheduled date, replacement activity or other agreed remedy, paid registration fees eligible for refund will be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable law. The Organiser is not responsible for unrelated costs paid to third parties unless expressly agreed in writing or required by law.
Postponements and programme changes
Routes, schedules, venues or activities may change for safety, operational or unforeseen reasons. If the programme is postponed or materially changed, the Organiser will communicate the available options to affected participants.
Failed or pending payments
A failed, cancelled or pending checkout is not a confirmed payment. Before trying again, check the payment result shown on this website or contact us if your bank account appears to have been charged. This helps avoid duplicate payments.
How approved refunds are made
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment channel. Processing time depends on the payment provider and the participant’s bank. We will communicate any information or action reasonably required to complete an approved refund.
How to submit a request
Contact the programme organiser using the contact details published for the programme and provide:
- the registration reference;
- the registered participant’s name, email address and mobile number;
- the reason for the request; and
- relevant payment evidence, with unrelated financial details concealed.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, complete card details or online-banking credentials.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
