This Privacy Policy explains how the programme organiser identified in the Terms and Conditions (“Organiser”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects personal data submitted through the Isuzu D-Max Nation website. We process personal data in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), as amended, and other applicable requirements.
Personal data we collect
Depending on the registration and participant package selected, we may collect:

How we collect personal data
We collect personal data directly from the person completing the registration, through payment and website interactions, and through communications with the Organiser. If you provide another participant’s data, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it and have given that person the information in this Policy.
Why we process personal data
We may process personal data to:
- receive, assess and administer programme registrations;

- protect the website, prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity and resolve disputes;

Required fields are necessary to process the registration. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to accept or administer the registration.
Disclosure and service providers
We may disclose relevant personal data to authorised Organiser personnel, appointed event agencies, Isuzu dealers involved in the programme, insurers or professional advisers, the appointed payment gateway provider, website hosting and technology providers, and public authorities where required by law. Each recipient should receive only the information reasonably needed for its role.
International processing
Some technology or payment service providers may process data outside Malaysia. Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the transfer and processing are protected as required by applicable law.
Security and retention
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including programme administration, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Data that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised where practicable.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or ask a question about our handling of your data. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue providing programme services and does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
